OpenAI Terms of Service (TOS): Our Service operates in compliance with OpenAI's Terms of Service (TOS). We expect all users to adhere to OpenAI's TOS when utilizing their services through our platform.
Account Shutdown for TOS Violations: We take violations of OpenAI's TOS seriously. Any account found to be in violation of OpenAI's TOS will be promptly shut down, and access to OpenAI services through our platform will be terminated for the violating account.

Refunds
We offer a seven (7) day refund policy, allowing customers to request a refund within seven days of their most recent billing cycle. After this seven-day period, refunds will not be issued. This policy applies to the initial purchase and subsequent renewals. We strive to accommodate most scenarios, but it's important to note that your payment grants you access to our tool, and it is not based on usage.

Billing and Disputes
By signing up for our services, you agree not to dispute any charges related to your FormWise LLC account. If you wish to address billing issues or cancel your subscription, you can do so easily by sending an email to hello@formwise.ai. Alternatively, you can manage your billing information and cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your dashboard anytime.
